Hungerford Design worked as a consultant to Powell Design Group and was responsible for the design of all exterior elevations as well as collaboration in the interior design direction and produced all of the conceptual renderings used for marketing. Villa Sienna was the winner of the 2008 Mid-Florida Parade of Homes.

Formerly known as The Langford Condominium, this 5-story building is located on a 1.2 acre site in the heart of downtown Winter Park. The exclusive units, named in honor of prominent Winter Park families, range in size from over 1,600 square feet to nearly 4,900 square feet. Amenities include a below grade secured parking garage, lounge and social room, conference room, fitness center, exterior covered verandas, and a roof-top gazebo providing magnificent views of Lake Osceola.
