HDI provided the original architectural footprint and exterior design drawings as well as the interior design direction and themeing based on Minto's vision for both Oasis and Westlake Sales Centers.
HDI is also currently working on the Town Square Amenity design that will include: An Arts and Leaning block with a Gallery, Studio, Library and Workshop - An Entertainment Block including an Art Deco Theatre and banquet facilities - A Fitness Block including a full gym, aerobics/dance studio, spin/rowing, massage and lap pool with water aerobics - A Social Block including various dining opportunities and game rooms.

HDI started the Oasis Sales Center with a footprint designed to take advantage of the Florida indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Also included is a 'Neighbors Room' used to highlight the many activities offered in the surrounding Daytona area including the beaches and the famous Daytona 500.
